Lost Password

If you have lost your password to your Wander account, you can still gain access to it three different ways:

1. Importing your Wander wallet via your seedphrase.
2. Importing your Wander wallet via your keyfile.
3. Importing your Wander wallet via QR code if you use the Wander browser extension.

Lost seedphrase or keyfile

The Wander team unfortunately cannot assist if you lose your seed phrase or keyfile.

You can only create another new wallet. It is a very unfortunate incident.
